Article 1 Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the ohmyeat service (web and app, the "Service") provided by Moonsoo Jeong (the "Operator").
Article 2 Service
① The Service organizes public food-label data (from Korea's Food Safety Korea and similar sources) onto a 100 g basis. ② The numbers, rankings and Sikcodes it shows are the output of a formula over labeled data, not medical judgment, diagnosis or prescription. Do not use them to prevent or treat disease. ③ The operator does not warrant the source data and reviews and applies reports received through the correction channel ("Report wrong info").
Article 3 Accounts
① Only people aged 14 or over may create an account. ② Sign-in is by Google or email, and the operator receives the account identifier, the email address (for email sign-up) and a nickname. ③ Without an account you can view search, products, nutrients, ingredients, rankings, recalls, recipes and public feed posts. Personal verdicts, account sync, posting and following need an account. ④ You may not lend your account to anyone else.
Article 4 Storing health data
① If a logged-in user separately consents to storing sensitive data, checkups, medication and meal logs are stored in that user's account on the operator's server. Without consent those personal features are unavailable, while public search and reading remain fully usable. ② Values created on the device before logging in move to the server only after asking, and declining does not erase them from the device. ③ Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and doing so deletes that data from the server immediately. ④ The operator does not use stored health data for advertising.
Article 5 Feed (posts and comments)
① You may post photos, a one-liner, product tags and comments. ② You keep the copyright in your posts. You grant the operator a non-exclusive right to reproduce, transmit and display them for running and promoting the Service. That right ends when the post is deleted, and you may ask at any time that use outside the Service stop. ③ Not allowed: posting someone else's likeness or work without permission, defamation, claims of preventing or treating disease, undisclosed ads or sponsorship, content that encourages eating disorders, spam, anything unlawful. ④ Location data (EXIF) is stripped from photos on upload. The operator does not keep the original. ⑤ The operator may hide posts through automated review (a harmful-image filter) and through reports.
Article 6 Reports and interim measures
① Anyone may report a post or comment. ② On a rights-infringement report, the operator blocks the post immediately (interim measure) under Article 44-2 of Korea's Network Act and reviews it within 30 days. The author may ask for it to be restored. ③ Copyright complaints go to dev@akaiz.com. ④ Repeat offenders may be limited or closed.
Article 7 Purchase links
① A product's purchase link goes to a seller search and does not affect the ranking. ② Where an affiliate link is used, the possibility of a commission is shown next to it. ③ The operator is not a party to the sale; the transaction, delivery and refunds are the seller's responsibility.
Article 8 Closing your account
① You may close your account at any time. Account information, synced data and health data are deleted immediately. A former nickname is held for up to 5 years to stop links pointing at the wrong person, with the account link removed. ② Posts remain with the author shown as "Deleted user". On request, the posts are deleted too.
Article 9 Disclaimer
The operator is not liable for damages from interruption of this free service or from data errors, absent intent or gross negligence.
Article 10 Changes and governing law
Changes are announced 7 days in advance (30 days if they disadvantage users). Disputes follow the law of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction under its Civil Procedure Act.
