레몬·귤에 든 그 산이다. 몸에 들어오면 세포가 에너지를 만드는 회로에 그대로 들어가 연료로 쓰인다. 남는 것이 몸에 쌓이지 않는다.
다만 산이라 이 표면의 단단한 껍질을 조금씩 녹인다. 신 음료를 오래 입에 물고 있지 않는 게 낫다.
