곰팡이와 세균을 막는 보존료

간에서 다른 물질과 붙어 소변으로 빠져나간다. 몸에 쌓이지 않는다.

비타민 C와 같이 있으면 특정 조건에서 벤젠이 생길 수 있어, 둘을 함께 쓴 음료는 따로 관리한다.
